TECHNICAL COMMENTS

We are big fans of power stations for narrowboats. Yes they are more expensive than a rigid solar panel installation on the roof connected to a simple solar controller, but that requires considerable installation skills and does not provide mains electricity. A power station is a versatile source of energy providing 12 and 220v electricity as well as numerous USB outlets, and can be charged from solar, the engine alternator, or the mains. Ideal.
