Why have a POWER STATION in a Conventional Solar System?
There are 2 main reasons for including a power station in your solar system
- Those that we supply also act as Uninterruptible Power Supplies (“UPS”). If no other source of mains electricity is available, they take over instantly.
- They can be a secondary source of electricity reducing the load on the main system.
Both of those functions can be combined.
In an off-grid situation, the power station should be connected to a separate source of solar energy. On-grid, it can be charged from mains electricity when available as well as from solar.
